Jaguardini

Jaguardini

Man, I love this guy.

He's so wacky and jumbled and just all around funky (in no way a bad thing).

Jaguardini usually wears a helmet made out of a TV, but I've seen him perform in these weird tights and a zebra dress as well. I've seen him solo, with the lead singer of Shagwuf backing him, and a singer and a saxophone player backing him.

He uses a MicroKorg synth in addition to a Roland sampler thing (which everybody has, for some reason, despite being the price of an iPad). I swear his keyboard stand is about to fall over it's so rickety. There are a lot of arpeggios and far off sounds that create a dark, sweeping sound. The saxophone does make it mellower (which creates an oddly different, but equally cool sound), and singers just add to the soundscape.

Just another person I love to see.
