ROCK CLIMBING!

ROCK CLIMBING!

Forrest's Thought's

Yup. We went rock climbing. We went to Seneca Rocks, in West Virginia, and yes, I do know that Seneca Rocks isn't in Shenandoah. But anyway, it was pretty cool. Most of us had never gone rock climbing, so a lot of the time was passed sitting in silent fear.

I was the first to go, (way to be brave, self) and even though I had never done it, I never fell (way to be good, self).

At the top!

At the top!

At the top was an old WWII peton, the things they used to use for climbing.

The hardest part for me was repelling. I wasn't very excited about it at first, but I grew to like it. About half-way down I realized I had never thought to look behind me. So I did. My jaw just about fell off. The view was unlike anything I had experienced before. Down I went, and before I knew it, it was the next person's turn to climb.
